Reporting rules

E-News.ink publishes what happened. Nothing else. If you report here, you report the truth and only the truth.

1. Facts only

State what happened, where, when, and who was involved. No opinion, no motive guessing, no predictions, no emotional words.

2. Every fact has a source

Each report needs at least one source link. A report is marked Verified only when two or more independent sources confirm it.

3. Claims are attributed, not adopted

If someone says something, write who said it. "The ministry said 40 people were injured", not "40 people were injured" when only one side reports it.

4. Disputed numbers are shown side by side

When police, officials, organisers or witnesses give different figures, list each one with who gave it.

5. No loaded language

Words that judge, such as shocking, heroic, brutal, regime, slammed or so-called, are not allowed unless quoted and attributed.

6. Photos and video must be real and unedited

Say who took them, where and when. Edited, staged or AI-generated media leads to a ban.

7. Same event, one report

If two reporters submit the same event, both are notified and get 24 hours to merge into one report. Both are credited as authors.

8. Breaking the rules

9. Anonymous reporting

You may publish as "Anonymous reporter". Your identity is verified privately by editors and never shown publicly. The same rules apply.

Submit a report

What happened, in one line. No opinion words.

2–3 sentences. This is what most readers will see.

Photos you add appear under your report. Video upload works on the live site.

About E-News.ink

E-News.ink is an independent news platform that reports what happened, without commentary.

Every story states what happened, where, when and who was involved, and links to its sources. Where sources disagree, each version is shown with who said it. Reader opinions belong in the forum, separate from the reports.

Stories come from independent reporters, who follow strict reporting rules, and from an AI system that collects reports from many outlets and official sources. Stories marked Verified were checked by an editor or confirmed by an official source. All others are marked Not yet verified until they are checked.

E-News.ink is supported by its readers, not by investors or advertisers, so no one can pay to change what we report.
